RAW & FROZEN PET FOOD
Raw and frozen products must be handled and stored appropriately. Frozen products should be transferred to suitable frozen storage as soon as reasonably possible following delivery and handled in accordance with the storage instructions provided.
Once thawed, products should be refrigerated and used within the timeframe stated on the relevant product information.
Customers should practise appropriate hygiene when handling raw meat, including washing hands, utensils, bowls and food preparation surfaces after handling.
ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, an incorrect price or product description has been displayed, we cannot deliver to the supplied address, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund.

PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be successfully completed using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before the customer completes their purchase.
DELIVERY

Our frozen products are packaged to help maintain appropriate temperatures during delivery. Customers should retrieve delivered frozen products promptly and transfer them to appropriate storage.
