Subscription Cancellation Policy

Raw Wellness Pet Co Subscribe & Save subscriptions have a minimum commitment of 3 orders.

This consists of your initial subscription order plus 2 recurring orders at your selected subscription frequency.

By choosing Subscribe & Save, you agree to complete these 3 orders before your subscription can be cancelled.

After your third order has been successfully processed, you may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee.

Your subscription will continue to automatically renew at the selected frequency until it is cancelled.

Where available, subscriptions can be managed through your customer account. If you require assistance managing or cancelling your subscription, please contact Raw Wellness Pet Co.

Any cancellation will apply to future eligible orders. An order that has already been processed before cancellation may still be fulfilled and charged.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
