Shipping & Delivery Policy

Frozen Raw Meals — Perth Only
Our frozen raw meals are available for delivery within the Perth metro and surrounding eligible delivery areas only. Frozen products are transported via refrigerated delivery to maintain appropriate temperatures during transit.

Perth Metro/CBD
Delivery is $15 flat rate, with FREE delivery on orders over $100.

Outer Perth
Delivery is $15 flat rate, with FREE delivery on orders over $200.

If your order contains both raw meals and treats, your items will be delivered together via refrigerated delivery at the applicable Perth delivery rate.

Treats & Non-Perishable Products — Australia Wide
Treats and other eligible non-perishable products can be shipped Australia wide. Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, order size and weight.

FREE standard delivery is available on eligible orders over $200.

Bedding — Australia Wide
Due to the size of our bedding products, beds are shipped using our Bulky Item Delivery service at a flat rate of $20 Australia wide.

Bedding is excluded from free standard delivery thresholds. The applicable delivery option will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, any tracking information available for your delivery will be provided.

Delivery Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order. Raw Wellness Pet Co cannot guarantee that delivery details can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
